family • Julia vertt, Alfred Vertt.
history • John was actually born in Wonderland, to Julia and Alfred Vertt. John doesn't remember much, but when he was five, his parents left him in the forest, seeing as he was not wanted, because his parents only had a one night stand, and did not love each other. They quickly disappeared, leaving him alone in the world.

He was soon found by the Red Queen, and for weird reasons took him in. He is now Stayne's apprentince.
