eye colour • Hazel-brown
distinctive characteristics • Her wide, strange colored, intense eyes. A mixture of brown and hazel can be quite puzzling when seen in some light.
overall appearance •
Slender and well kept seem to be very two appropriate words to describe Miss. Williams. She is quite skinny, and more so with a corset on. She is small in stature for a girl her age, coming to only 5"7, though she does not mind this. She has a pale tan from working out in the gardens with her mother. She is slightly curvy, but maintains more of an athletic build. her hair is her favorite feature and she is quite proud of it. It is a pretty light to medium brown and she keeps it soft as silk. It is long, down to her mid-back and the ends curl ever so slightly. Her eyes are wide and a soft hazel-brown color and surrounded by long, dark eyelashes. She is mostly seen in dresses, as most girls her age are. The colors of her dresses have a wide range, though most of them are green. Everyone was made to hug her torso and flow out around her legs, though most tend to stop at her knees. She always wears her riding boots, seeing, as horseback is her preferred method of travel. A brown, leather belt is always word around her hips, her father's rapier hanging from it. She never leaves home without it or her mother's old pocket watch. Abby prefers to keep her hair down, loving the way it flows behind her as she rides, though she does sometimes put it in a ponytail.

fears • Due to the accident that killed her parents, Abby is most afraid of one thing, the water. Though she knows how to swim, Abby is terrified that she will drown like her parents did. Whenever she sees a lake or any other large body of water, she always flashes back to those moments and refuses to go anywhere near the water. The only time she allows her whole body to be in water is when she is bathing.
secret • Unknown to her, Abby was originally from Underland.

history • Abby's life started when she was twelve years old. She woke up in her room, her body in pain, finding her parents sitting on the bed beside her. They told her that she had been in an accident, which she fell and hit her head on a rock while playing in the woods. She had no memory of it, or any of her life before that moment. The doctor there, apparently one that had been with the family since she was a babe, reassured her that her memories would come back with time.
Abby spent a lot of time in bed for the next week, in pain and under going tests from the doctor and being fretted over by her parents. She was pronounced completely healthy with no brain damage, if you ignore her lack of memories that is. Her parents were worried about her still, making sure she took it easy and carefully for a month after she woke up. Her parents saw that she was fine and life went back to normal, at least, how she thought it must be. Abby still did not remember, and it bothered her for quite a while. Her father tried to distract her, teaching her to fence and how to ride horses. She adored both sports, taking them up with a passion and just as her parents hoped, she soon got past loosing her memories. Her mother taught her painting and how to be a lady. Of course, all her lessons on manners were lost whenever she would have fencing lessons with her father.
Her parents were strange, not quite like the ones all her friends had. She heard them often called 'mad' and 'not right in the head'. Abby tried to see this strange behavior all the other parents seemed concerned with, though she never saw it. Abby did not let in concern her though, for she loved her parents dearly and frankly did not care if they were a bit mad.
The worst moment of her life happened when she was seventeen. It was her Aunt's birthday and her and her parents were on their way to a part for her. Abby was sleeping in the carriage while her parents chatted quietly. Suddenly, the horse up front reared up, letting out a sound of terror. The horse continued to buck and the carriage went off balance, sliding off the path and the edge of the rock, falling into the water below. Abby does not remember much as the water filled up the carriage. Her parents tried to save her, pushing her out the small window of the door, but her dress got stuck. The next events passed in a rush for her, seeing the carriage sink with her parents still inside and her hooked on, passing out, and finally awakening in a hospital. Her parents were dead and the fact that she was alive was a mircial.
She was sent to her only living relatives, a strict aunt and an unimaginative uncle. She lived there for two years, only allowed to be a shell of her former self. She was not allowed to fence, to ride, to do anything she wanted. Abby was forced to become a nice, well-mannered lady. It was the day after her nineteenth birthday when she fell into Underland. Her Aunt had just told her of a suitor she was expected to marry and Abby had run off, intent on running away. She took only her father's rapier and her mother's pocket watch before she left. Abby ran away, stopping around midnight to rest in the forest. She was trying to find a place to sleep when she slipped and feel into a large hole, marking her entry to Underland.
She has been here for a couple of months now, knowing well enough to not pick a side and keep her loyalties to herself.
